The protection of your personal data is of particular concern to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (DSGVO, TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.
Collection of General Information
You can generally visit our website without providing any personal information. However, for technical reasons, we collect and store data that your internet browser transmits. These so-called server log files contain the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your internet provider, the referrer URL (the page from which you switched to our page), the time of the visit, and your IP address. The data stored on the server cannot be assigned to a specific person and is used solely to ensure the smooth operation of the website and for statistical purposes. Furthermore, we only process personal data that you provide to us as a user of the website, for example, through inquiries.
Handling of contact data
If you contact us via a form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry and will be stored by us in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent and it is treated as strictly confidential.
Server log files
Our hosting provider creates server log files. The IP address of the visitor, the time of the visit, the duration of the visit and a unique access ID are logged. The IP addresses are anonymized if possible and stored for an appropriately short period of time (usually 7 days or less). The IP addresses are used, for example, to match them with blacklists as part of security systems to enable secure operation of the servers. IP address and the unique ID of the access are considered personal data or could be considered personal data. In addition, the user agent header is stored. This is generally not considered personal data in the sense of the EU-DSGVO.

This website only uses cookies that are technically necessary. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer while using the website. No cookies are used to track users.

Use and Disclosure of Personal Data
As far as you, as a user of our website, have provided us with personal data, we will use this data only to respond to your inquiry and for technical administration. We will not retain your data longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was stored or as required by legal obligations. If data is not subject to a legal retention requirement, we will delete your data as soon as the purpose for which it was collected has ceased to exist. The data you provide will be treated with strict confidentiality. Without your consent, we will not disclose any personal data unless we are legally obligated to do so. However, we would like to point out that when data is transmitted over the internet, there is always a possibility that third parties may gain access to or alter your data.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have been otherwise infringed, you can file a complaint with the competent authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
